This custom infill home was designed to respect the neighborhood context and satisfy the client's desires for the classic craftsman style. Although the aesthetic details are closely considered with respect to history, this house performs squarely in the 21st century.

A current layout that responds to age in place features, such as a main level master bedroom suite.  This house is LEED for Homes Platinum certified.
