B+W
Portland, OR
type: remodel
status: phase 2 in
progress
For this remodel of a 1960's ranch, we sacrificed one of the main level bedrooms and removed a few walls into order to create an open living/kitchen/dining room. All new finishes and fixtures meld the client's style with a modern attitude akin to the era of the little house.
A second phase of construction added a small addition to the front facade allowing the same attitude to it's curb appeal and a better entry sequence, as well as a connection of the main level with the basement where an additional living space and 2 additional bedrooms were remodeled.
